Cracked th400 bell housing jw bell housing swap???

Car: 91 Camaro
Engine: 383 carbed/headers/nitrous
Transmission: th400
Axle/Gears: Chevy 12 bolt w/411 gear
Cracked th400 bell housing jw bell housing swap???
My question is that from what I've searched my th400 has the six bolt pump not the eight pump that is shown with the kit. Would my 6 bolt pump line up and would the 6 bolts holding be sufficient to support the trans. I have searched and found things about the 8 bolt pump only. Any info would be appreciated
