PRO BUILT AUTOMATICS response time.

Have any of you guys had any problems with Dana over at Probuilt?

I was researching tranny stuff and everyone seemed to like his product and knowledge, so I decided to order the 4L60 service manual and DVD from him.

That was 10 days ago and I haven't received anything and haven't gotten any response on emails.

Crazy question. Have you called? I have a feeling that 1% of his business is through internet orders. I could be completely wrong however. Maybe on vacation?

I am a happy Pro Built customer.

Dana is a night owl, try him in the evenings to late evenings. When he returned some of my calls it was 10PM and I am on the west coast, same as him. Phone him a few times a day, he is busy and will eventually be around to answer the phone.

The updated ATSG book just came in yesterday. I had been waiting for a week now for them. Your order left yesterday by Priority Mail. Best to call in the late afternoon, evenings or weekends. Just leave a message and I will return the call asap if I do not answer. Dana

Sorry to hijack here, but hey Dana, haven't heard back from you on my last question. I wanted to know how much you would charge to send me one of those "dual-feed" capsules that goes in the input shaft, including shipping to 84067. I'm pretty sure you gave me one with the rebuild kit I ordered from you about 3 years ago, but I have no idea where that shaft went! Hope to hear from you soon! Thanks, Pat Hall.
