From: Mulberry Arkansas
Car: 84 Z-28
Engine: 355 4 bolt main
Transmission: 700 R4
Axle/Gears: Posi 3.73
What rear is this?
Need help to identify a rearend. The code is 6HS it is a factory disc brake rear and I was told a 3.73 posi. But I cant verify that because nothing I find has that code. An the last ear I find a 3.73 posi is 86 any help would be great.

It's old enough that it could be anything. The code only tells you what was originally inside. Pull the cover off and count the teeth. The oil probably needs to be replaced anyway.
