Ive searched this website for a few months now to try to figure out why my transmission won't luck up. My Engine runs at 2600 rpm at 60 mph. One test I've found to do is to connect a test light to A and F at the aldl. The light should stay on with ignition on and turn off when car reaches about 30 mph which my car does. My question is after about 30 mph the light turns off until I let off the gass pedal then it will turn back on, is this normal? Is lockup connected to the tps sensor?

Yes, converter lock up is based off of min/max tps settings, mph and a few other parameters in your ECM.
