Buying a posi off cl..

I found what looks like a good deal on Craigslist for a rear end and was wondering what you guys thought. It's a 10 bolt posi with disk brakes. 3.23 gears. My car is currently a open rear end with drum brakes. Would I have to buy a new master cylander? And how can I test to see if the wheel bearings and calibers are good? The asking price is 150 but I'm going to shoot for 100. And also how hard of a job is this swap?

The cast iron calipers are not that good. The differential is going to be an Auburn or Governor Lock, and neither of them are good. The Auburn wears out and can not be rebuilt and the Gov Lock will break.
