You'll need a pair of 4th gen wheels, and you'll need to change the proportioning valve, plus a lot of little detail pieces.

be aware the 95 is 4 inches wider.great for using corvette wheels.

And then if you want the same wheels on the front, you will have to run a 2" spacer.
Several other threads on here about the 4th gen rearend swap. Like Atilla said you will need to change the proportion valve to one for disk/disk. If you dont the rear brakes will just barely hold. Everything will bolt right in, parking brake cables is the only part that can be tricky.
