Clutch and flywheel choice help?

Hey everyone, I have an 84 firebird with a swapped 350(used to be a 2.8 V6) and a normal Borg Warner T-5. My rear end is 3.42. I wanted to know what type of clutch and flywheel I would need to get as a replacement seeing as this is a V6 trans and as bad as my clutch slips anymore I wouldn't be surprised if they re-used the V6 clutch lol. For anyone who has done this, what would be the best clutch and flywheel combo (bang for your buck). My engine makes a good 180-200HP to the wheels and 2280-300 Lbs-ft. I want my power to finally get to the ground the way it should.

Stock replacement clutch & flywheel should be just fine at your power levels, also will probably the most cost efficient. You should be able to get just about everything you need on RockAuto for a few hundred.

Stock replacement flywheel should be fine. They come in 2 weights; one about 16 lbs, one about 22 lbs. With that gear, you'll probably like the lighter one better.

Might want to wait on buying a clutch until you pull the trans and see which one you have. (spline count etc.)

If the trans is out of a V6 you should ditch it and find a V8 trans.

If you want to keep the v6 trans, I found a clutch disc from Speedway motors that is made to work for that swap. Its a 14 spline, 1", 10.5" diameter, the part number is 91015649. This is the one that I'm using for my swap.
