Shifter 4 Speed T10

Shifter 4 Speed T10
What aftermarket shifter works for a super t10 in a third gen? The 4 speed is from a late 70's camaro. I currently have a hurst shifter part #3917960. It fits decent but shifter stick is a bit short, roughly 3-5". Has anyone found a shifter or stick that would be the correct length?

The Super T-10 was available in the third gens for 82. Couldn't you just find a shifter for an 82 Camaro with the ST-10?

The stock shifter mounting plate has a different bolt pattern specific to the tail shaft for the 82/83 4 speeds i believe. I have a t10 from a 70's camaro.

Damn.... I bet a beer tap would bring the existing shifter above the console, lol.
