T5 speedometer housings

T5 speedometer housings
Are there different t5 speedometer housings because my mechanical vss pulse sender doesn't fit. When i try to put the sender in the threads don't reach the housing threads.

Take a peek at the T-5 sticky.. Can't directly answer your question but you might find it in the sticky above..
