upgrades make a noticeable difference?
Hey guys, iv got a stock l31 with an lt1 can, open diff 3.42 and stock 700r4. Here recently iv picked up a 2800, stall converter, a b&m shift improver kit, a b&m trans cooler, and next week I'm getting a 3.73 posi rear end with disk. Will I have any noticeable difference with the newer rear end and stall versus now? I'm also looking into an lt4 hot cam but will be doing these upgrades first

Re: upgrades make a noticeable difference?
Absolutely you will.
Going from 3.42 to 3.73 won't make a HUGE difference, but you'll feel it, and the car being able to hook up will definitely improve the seat-of-the-pants feel on take-off. The posi will make most of the difference.
Stock F-body tranny's shift annoyingly soft, so I think you'll really like the shift kit. And even a stock motor could use a little bit of stall, on yours that'll take some tenths of your 1/4 time.
