So I brought a th400, converter, shifter, and cross member that was in a ls1 car. My question is, is there any way to tell if the converter is a standard th400 stall converter or is it custom built one with a longer stout. Dont want to buy the spacer if i don't need it. And of course the guy I brought it from doesn't know either. And Art Carr where it came from is out of business. Might just have to buy a new converter. Thanks for the help in advance.
