Have you ever heard of getting a clutch balanced in all my years of working on cars I've never heard of that if so how does it get done will I need to bring it to a machine shop and have weights installed

 

Absolutely.

Used to always have that done to mine.

Shouldn't be necessary; but we all know how THAT is.

One thing though: DO NOT let your flywheel and clutch exist in the same shop at the same time. You want both of them balanced CORRECTLY, not, whichever is eeeeeezier to hack on, hacked on to make up for the screwed-up other one. Take EACH of them to the shop SEPARATELY and have them check them first. Be willing to pay for the check.

Use CORRECT ACTUAL clutch bolts designed and specified as such, or all "balancing" is in vain.

 

The pressure plate is assembled and ballanced from the factory, you dont need to do anything with it. Clutch disc is the same way.

 

This is a aftermarket clutch a ram one so it ain't factory
