9" third-member

K, this is the deal. I am getting a 9" rearend out of a Lincoln. I'll obviously have to do a bit of fabricating so it'll bolt to the control arms and panhard bar, and probably get it narrowed. I was just wondering if you can buy a thirdmember with the torque-arm provisions on it.

Transmission: 200-4R
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt G80/ 3.42
The torque arm provisions are mounted on the housing instead of the third member. (Moser and Currie use this method)

Although I've read you can fabricate a bracket that will mount on the pinion support bolts and the torque arm bolts to that, it's still better to locate it on the housing because less vibration will be transmitted from the pinion shaft.

Check Moser or Currie...they should be able to hook you up with torque arm mounts.
