Hi, Iīm sure this has been asked before but I just COULDNīT find a solid answer for it, if I install a 3.73 rear end in a 92 Camaro 305 TBI, I know I need the gray and purple gears to correct the speedo, my question is, is there any diference in the gears between a cable speedo and a VSS or are they the same?

44 tooth is probably a better driven gear for 3.73 gears if you have stock height tires.
