Weatherpak 2 x 2 is a TCC wiring connector, at least on 700-R4.
I believe the TH200-C in 1982 used the same connector.

Re: Wiring plug ID if possible

The wiring allows the ecm to monitor pressure switches and control torque converter lockup.

Thank you for that, I don't have any of that any more. So could you tell me where I may find the trans Start inhibitor switch wiring or what colour they are ?. I have NO crank off the key and the starter trigger wire is dead on the meter too many Thanks Paul.

Re: Wiring plug ID if possible

My guess is that the switch assembly was mounted to the shifter mount framework. This switch also provides for backup lights and a P/N input to the ECM. As for the P/N input, leave it open for always in drive.

Look for two heavy gauge purple wires in the console area for the P/N safety switch connector.

RBob.

Thank you RBob, I have a Big Purple wire that was going to a black plug that also has a Big Yellow wire and smaller blue wire, green wire,orange/black trace and black/white trace wire too. Could you tell me what they are all for ?. I thought that the Green wire and Blue wire was the back up lights but I am not 100% sure on any of them . if you can help it would be great, as I would really like to get the old girl running by snow fall hehe Thanks PAUL
