2nd gear and floor it
Hello 
simple question about 700R4 car. If you are in second gear, say going slow, 1000rpm, and you floor it, is the car supposed to shift down in first gear?

Axle/Gears: 3.23 10bolt waiting to explode.

But I'm fairly sure that if I rolled along in 2nd gear @ 1000rpm and put the pedal down it would downshift to 1st.
But like I said. Its been ages.
