Gears and synchronizers aren't replaced unless they're worn beyond use.
You should tear it down, inspect the front bores for the bearing races in the case, and the rest of the parts before ordering.

You may also want to get the cluster support plate made from steel $60 and consider the gforce reinforced case for $280 if price is not a big deal.

Re: world calss t5 rebuild kit?
To clarify,
Synchronizer blocker rings, synchronizer struts/"Keys" and springs for the keys are a normal part of a rebuild kit.
The synchronizer assemblies consisting of slider & hub are commonly re-used.

If you are tearing it down to the case you may want to contact GFORCE and get their upgraded case and bearing retainer for about $325.
