Tranny question
is the 5 speed for a stang the same as a five speed for a t/a can i take the trans built for a ta and put it in a stang and vice versa, someone told me you can, im just curious

I think most of the internals are the same, but the input shafts are different I. Ford uses a 10 spline and Chevy a 28 (?) or something like that.
Both T5's are great for exploding under load from anything stronger than a Bissell vac.
