Modify the 700r4 crossmember for t56?
Ok. I hope this makes sense.
I'm going to swap a t56 in for my 700r4. What I'm asking here is. Can I modify my spohn crossmember to fit the t56?
I have the spohn crossmember/driveshaft loop/torque arm. All as one piece when I bought it. (For a 700r4)What I'm looking to do is see if I can weld a 1/4 inch piece of flat stock on top of the crossmember set it back the 2-3 inches that I need and redrill the holes to mount it back up? And then mount the t56?
