What would be the best transmission to bolt in my car without welding or major changes?? I have a th200 but the tourque converter does not work with the new motor. Any suggestions??

A 700-R4 is bolt-in with 83-92 crossmember, torque arm and driveshaft.
A 200-4R is bolt-in with aftermarket crossmember, and you can keep your stock driveshaft. If the aftermarket c.m. holds the stock 200-C torque arm, that's a good point; the 200-4R doesn't have a point for that.

I would personally go for the 200-4R. But, it might be easy for you to locate the needed parts all in one donor car for the 700.

Either of those transmissions MUST have the throttle valve cable set up correctly to live; save your 200-C TV cable; it might work.

Completing car details here https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/prof...do=editprofile is helpful when discussing your ride.
