what year and model s10's have the 3.73 well they fit right in a 273 rear ene or will i need stuff and if i need stuff what kind of stuff thanks for the help

 

gm went to 28 spline in 90, but you need to watch arounf 90 because of reports of earlier cars having them and later cars having 26 spline, so count and be sure what you have. you can take the carrier the donner gear set comes on and swap it to your rear end. you do have 10 bolt and not 90 bolt in your car right?

 

What Ede said. I found tons of 3:73's in 86/87 blazers. HD Astro vans (lol) the ones used for service industry have then too, look for the Astros with no side rear windows.
