Engine/clutch vibration after LT1 T56 swap- possible fix
Just wanted to drop this GM document I found out on the internet in regards to engine vibration with 6 speed transmissions. The document is written for dual mass flywheels used in Vettes but is applicable for LT1 T56 flywheels as well.
I just finished my T56 swap and had a horrible vibration at 3800+ rpm's. I was able to get rid of 98% of the vibration by by applying the weights to the flywheel per the document.
Hopefully this will help someone in the future as it did for me.
