T56 lower shift boot questions
Re: T56 lower shift boot questions
Ever heard the one about the proctologist that signed up for an auto repair class? Excelled in the final exam because he rebuilt the engine all through the tailpipe.
Don't know why anyone would even try without removing the console.

Re: T56 lower shift boot questions
If its the same as the stock lower shifter boot for a T5 car then sure, it can be done. With the center console left in and with the right tools, Ujoint sockets or 90° screwdrivers. Much easier with the console removed.

No way. The screws are under the carpet that is under the console. Console has to come up at the very least, if not out all the way
