T56 6-SPEED BILLET SHORT THROW SHIFTERS
Looking for anyone who has installed Hawk's 93-02 CAMARO/FIREBIRD HAWKS T56 6-SPEED BILLET SHORT THROW SHIFTER #CBW-062 on their T56. The reviews on the website all look good, but I'd like to get some opinions from folks on this site who have installed it. Thank you.

I dont have anything to add for your topic, but coming here for REAL reviews is a good idea. Hawks will not publish reviews that are not favorable for their products. I have left one mediocre and one negative review and they still havent published them on their site.

I have one installed on my car. My review is actually the one they have posted haha.

I stand by what I said originally. It's very tight with no slop. A well made piece. If you get the bronze isolator bushing you may have to polish it down like I did to fit. Their included shift lever sat too low for my liking so I installed the factory Hurst lever. This pic was during installation.

Re: T56 6-SPEED BILLET SHORT THROW SHIFTERS
I have used one in one of my t56 conversions... It is a very nice piece, my only two notes
- i prefer a taller shift lever than what it came with (it is quite short)
- you will need a little wider tunnel opening as the passenger side of the shifter base is a little wider than the hurst
