Shift Kit for a 1988 trans am 305TBI

I was recommended to get a shift kit for my car, i dont know much about them, just wondering how much they go for and also where i can get one, thanks

You can get it just about anywhere that sells speed parts. Yer local speed shop, Summit/Jegs, maybe some of the board sponsors here.

The one you want is the Trans-Go one. NOT the B&M one. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/t...-2-3/overview/ would get it from Summit for example.

You probably DO NOT want to set it up for "full manual"... that gets REAL old, REAL quick. Like, the first time you drive it to work, you'll be hating it. Set it up for "police/HD"; NOT "race", NOT "show off", and of course, NOT "full manual".
