T5 countershaft oil funnel/race
Hey all. I'm putting my t5 back together and I'm unsure of the orientation of the oil funnel and race that are between the countershaft and the rear housing. I'll attach some pics so you know what I mean. Just from fitting everything together and looking at wear patterns on the race, what I've pictured below is what seems right but I want to be sure before I complete assembly. Thanks!
countershaft>race with rollers facing main case>oil funnel>rear case.....let me know if I'm wrong!

Re: T5 countershaft oil funnel/race
You have it in the correct order. The race (thick washer-like thing) goes onto the little tip of the countergear and gives the bearing something to bear on. The back side of the bearing goes against the surface of the extension housing. You can see the witness mark on it where it has been up against the shape of the casting. The funnel just kinda floats around inside the ID of the bearing.
