G92 limited slip carrier

G92 limited slip carrier
I have a carrier from a 91 1LE car. Anyone know what it’s worth? I got the complete rear from a friend. He thought the carrier was bad. Turns out it was just one of the carrier bearings going out. I’m keeping the gears so it’s just a complete center section. Not sure f I should just keep it or sell it. I’m putting a Torsen posi unit in it so I don’t really need the old one.

Re: G92 limited slip carrier
Mostly not worth anything. I've paid people to come haul em off of my property. Which is to say, to ME, they have NEGATIVE value.
It's the stock Auburn POS. Might be a 3 series though, some Greater Fool might think that buying a used one of those is A Good Idea, even though those of us who know, know that they're virtually always wore out to a nub.
Put it on the classifieds, or CL, or whatever, and see what you can get. Not everybody is like me. (fortunately... sometimes even I, dumb as I am, can occasionally come across The Greater Fool) Whatever you get, that's what it's worth.
Incidentally, G92 is the "optional gear ratio". Which ordinarily comes with other stuff as well in these cars. Not posi necessarily. G80 is the RPO for posi.
