T5 Transmission Question

Hi Guys/experts this is my first thread. Hopefully I'm doing this correct. I have a 1992 Camaro Vert 5 speed with 89000 kms. Only used 4 months of the year. To damn cold up here on an island in the north atlantic. Newfoundland is were all the aircraft were landing during 911. My RPO code for the tranny is MM5, Mk39. I was reading a thread and it pointed out that the WC was a MK6. Do I have a NWC or a WC. My understanding of the 82-92 third gens was that 87-92 were WC. I know she's not an IROC previous owner put the decals on.

Re: T5 Transmission Question

Given you're not the orig. owner, take a look for a metal tag held by a tailhousing bolt. A 13-52-xxx number on that tag will tell you which model T5 you have, though your year would be WC from new. The front end of the main case would assure you of WC, as well.
