I reciently Put in a new stall converter and ever since the 4th gear hasn't engaged. All the other gears work great. The linkage is right, the TV cable is right. The fluid is a good color. Could over/under filling the tranny just a little do this. Also its an 89 so it isn't electronic.
Anybody that could help would be a big assistance!
