Strange occurrence with 700r4
Just rebuilt my 700r4 last weekend and it has been working beautifully all week. Replaced busted 1-2 accumulator spring, 2 4 band, 3-4th clutch packs etc.
Today after messing with my idle screws on my card for about 30 minutes, shifting in and out of reverse and first, I took it out for a little test drive to see if it idles good at stop signs etc. I take off normal and when it goes to shift into second, the car acts like it went into reverse or someone hit the brakes. It didn’t slip, just acts like everything got jammed up and even takes the engine rpm down with it. I’ve never experienced this before or herd of it. Anybody else herd of this happening?
