I bought the car last late fall had a 80-85 sbc350 from a vett well found silver oil when i did oil change about a week ago so i pulled the motor and put in a 69' 350 all went ok went to take it for a ride this evening put it in drive all was good when it shifted to 2nd gear it locked up the rear wheels and stalled the motor now i cant get the motor to fire up it cranks but wont start any help would be great oh 700r4 is the trans since ive had it it has a real hard/firm when it shifts therw each gear and with the previous motor when i would put it in reverse to back into the drive way it would stall the motor never when i was leaving the house only when i would be coming home figured i better put that in there as well bit as for my issue now anyhelp is greatly appreciated
