I don't think that's the technical name for it , but as slang goes Z Bar was pretty well universally used when referring to that part .
I see the Z shape now that I look at it! I broke 2 of those before realizing the motor mounts needed to be replaced. The end of the Z bar by the grease zerk has a ball end the inserts into it that is attached to the engine block. I just cant remember how the ball end was attached to the block....

That's actually the bracket and the ball stud that the "frame" end of the Z-bar attached to.
No idea where you could get that, except a wrecked car, or make a replacement yourself. That part is almost 40 years old now. You have just about the last kind of car that it was ever used in.
At the block end, there's another ball stud similar to that, that screws into the block. Or maybe it was into the bell housing? Can't recall, it's been 35 years since I threw my one of those in the trash. But it bolted in either at the very back of the block, right in front of the bell housing, or into the bell housing right behind the block.

It's not particularly difficult to convert to the later-model hydraulic setup. That's what I did to my 83 that allowed me to throw away that stupid Stone Age linkage crap.

The broken threaded ballstud is GM 3898610 and fits GM cars from the 1960s to the 1980s.
A new nut needs to be 3/8-16 inch thread.
If the frame bracket is damaged, weld it.
