I have a 91 Z28 and the rear has gone multiple time (bad luck mostly) When I bought the car someone had swapped out the original 28 spline axles for the 26 splines. I am having a very difficult time finding a set of 28's. I want to add a Zexel Torsen posi but I need the axles. I might be able to get a set out of a monte carlo. Will they be the right length? Thanks

Common guys, I know somebody must know the answer. It will help me out a lot.

They are a fair bit shorter, mebbe 2-3" per side.

Virtually all MCs have 26 splines

The only axles that will fit in a third gen are those from another third gen. No other make of car uses that length.
