Yes.
D-Rings are available, and seal far better (I never use anything other than the D-Rings).
They can be a pain to install for the inexperienced.
They can NOT be twisted when installed, as they will not seal.
Trans-Tech sells them in a Gasket set...
or find them separately on E-Bay.
