what is the best brand u-joints to use?
My car has the stock drive shaft with original u-joints with about 180,000 miles on them. the front end needs rebuilt, but when Im up to around 70 mph I get a lot of vibration. I have new tires and the front end does not wonder. Could it be the u-joints. which brand would be best and who sales them?

It could be a bad U-joint, the only way to find out is to replace them both and see. I like spicer serviceable ujoints but any serviceable u-joint would work great. They usually run about $14 a piece and you should have a mechanic change them unless you have a press.
