Transmission: 7004r
Will my converter hold up to nitrous?
planning on running 100shot nitrous setup this summer and also plan to purchase a higher stall TC, and several TC companies make nitrous specific TC for mega $$$ of course!
do I need it? My car will hopefully run mid 12's, maybe low 12's if I can hook..
what will happen if I overload the TC?

A.C.T. has a 9.5" lockup TC for $545.00 & it will handle over 800 HP. This TC will help keep the trans alive (weighs apx. 15-17lbs less than the stock 12"). While you are at it add the Trans-Go Performance Shift kit, both boost valves, & the Corvette servo. If the trans is in good shape these changes will help a lot. Let me know if i can be of help?
