Pause in Shifting
When I move from park to any gear in my 700R4, there is a 2-3 second pause before it kicks into gear, any ideas? It's really annoying and jerky when i shift. Thanks

It happens all the time, even right after an oil change. Would it have to do with how my oil pressure is always high? How would I remedy it if it was that?
btw, i'm not driving it right now cuz I live in Detroit, and weather is not kind.
