Question about master cyl t56 swap??!

How hard is it to swap out to the 4th gen clutch master cylinder? I need to know this to figure out if im going to go stock or aftermarket depending on how hard it is to change out the master cylinder

It it not hard. using a 4th gen one, I have heard that there are some alignment problems to the 3rd gen pedals.
