Car: 1988 Camaro SC

Engine: LT1 SBC

Transmission: LT1 T56

Axle/Gears: 3.73 Moser 12 Bolt

Posi-Rebuild Kit

First of all, are the stock posi units in Camaro's junk or what? I'm thinking about rebuilding my posi and changing to 3.73 gears (from 2.73) but if i do it I want to get an upgraded set of clutches/springs for the posi. Any ideas fellas? Thanks.

Depends on what posi you have. My stock unit is an auburn, thus no rebuild. The eatons are rebuildable, but dout if you have one. 373s will also need a 3 series carrier,or a spacer.
