just wanted to see what everyone was installing...B&M, Transgo or something else and how hard it was to install and as to whether everyone was going with the heavy duty or street/strip

Transgo makes the best shift improver kits avalible and thier fairly easy to install, even come with a video.
The other shift improver kits suck period. I just helped my brother install a repro kit in his blazer from fairbanks. It came out shortly after. I do give B&M and others credit for thier other products like lockup kits 3/4 upshift valves and drain plug kits but when it comes to shifting stick with transgo, you wont be sorry.

Ditto. Transgo is the best for driveability and also will extend life of box. I have spoke with many tranny guys and it is probably the only thing about cars that seems to be unanimous. Danno
