Car: 1990 RS
Engine: LS1
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 3.73 9 bolt
Need to Correct Speedo What gears do I need?
I am going from 2.73 to 3.73's so what I need to know is what gears do I need to buy to make the speedo correct? The car is a 1990 if it matters. Also my tire size is 265-50-R15.

Call your local GM dealer and let the parts guy know what gears were in the car and wht's in there now. I did the same thing going from 3.23's to 3.73's and the speedo is right onthe button! Those guys rock. If they can't help, send me an e-mail and i'll research it for ya!
