700r4..shakes bad when in reverse

When I shift into reverse it shakes the car really bad. It doesn't do it in drive or any other. It doesn't make any noise it just shakes horrible. What could be wrong and how could I fix this. thanks

Does it do it while just sitting there at an idle?, or when giving it gas?

It does it at idle the worse, but it still does it a little when you are actually moving.

Besides the vibration, does it act ok? is it slipping, or act like its in a bindup?

Tranny's fine, it was the Cal in my ecm. It was set at the perfect idle when shifted into reverse it shook the car. It was just the engine and the type of cam. the engine is brand new, and it came out of a mastercraft, so the cam is very torquey. If that's how you want to put it. It has alot of low end torque.
