just curious who has used it, what your experience is with it and if you would've done something different if you had to do it all over again
i tried it. i didn't have much luck with it. i followed the instructions exactly and when the switch was turned on to kick the tranny down it fried the wire all the way to the tranny. i dunno why or how it happened but i took it iff and never tried it again. if i wanna down shift i just bang my ratchet shifter. going to a manual valve body soon.

I've used many of them over the years. It exactly mimics the electrical function of the factory setup, which is a switch mounted on the gas pedal bracket inside the car. The Hurst one works fine except that the bracket they supply is kind of weenie.
