Need help with 700R4, Please!

My tranny (700R4) shift fine from 1st to 2nd but when it shift from 2nd to 3rd, it is not as good.
If I don't open the throttle much the 2nd to 3rd shift is quite good but the more I accelerate the more the shift is like delayed.
It is like instead of doing 2-3, it does 2, wait and then 3.
At w.o.t, the time between it pretty long and when it shifts, it shift hard.
In the wait time, the RPM are dropping but not very fast.

What is wrong and what can I do?
Would a corvette servo or shift kit eliminate this?

Thanks for your answers.

Jacques.

This is typical with most (if not all) 700R4's, there is not enough 3rd gear oil to the clutches, be it not enough volume, to many cross leaks, to small a main boost valve, 3-4 clutches worn out, etc., to make a WOT 2-3 shift.

The Corvette servo, Trans-Go Junior Shift kit (modified to HD specs, and the .471 main boost valve & the .296 intermediate/reverse boost valve (if you manually shift the transmission, 1st to 2nd when racing it), if not the stock .282 int/rev boost valve will do fine. Let me know?
