Cold Start problems

Well I've basically narrowed down my problem on my car. It's when it comes to cold starts. It starts up weak and then kinda shutters but keeps running and the RPMs get kinda jumpy. But it doesn't stall.

I did a search for cold starts but mostly it's people who are having problems with hot starts and their cold starts are fine. My car starts fine when it's hot and hasn't been sitting for a while.

The cold start usually occurs twice a day for me. Once in the morning after sitting in the garage for the nite before going to school. And then once after school. Basically it doesn't sit that much other then that, those are the two longest periods of which this occurs.

I intend on replacing my rotor and cap, since they're probably due for a changing, but I have a feeling that's really not the cause of the problem, considering it's fine when it starts warm.

Is there something else that it could be? I saw something mentioned about a "cold start injector" but as far as my understanding goes, that was for the 2.8Ls not the 3.1s? Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'd really like to get this figured out! Thank you for all of your help to track down this problem!

Mark
