Sway Bars
are 2.8L equipped camaros supposed to have a front and rear sway bar? was it certain years only or something, cause my friend but a 2.8 1983 and it didnt have them, it's now a 307 and still doesnt have them..
If factory installed, some suspension packages, yes.
ANY late model (3rd gen) Trans Am, Z-28/Iroc will be just fine for the addition of very little outta pocket cash.
Used sway bars almost given away by yards!
I know, I got used sway bars for my 1974 Corvette
Front is 1 1/4" & rear is 7/16"
Cost was $20.
Try to beat that!
Add poly end bushings you're good to go!

Rear bars were optional until '85 or '86 for most f-bodies. You shouldn't find an '86-newer f-body without a rear bar, unless it was removed.

find the build sheet, RPO codes, what ever. Use the decoder on this site. My bird has the Y99 suspension (mid grade) w/ both sway bars.
