about oil coolers/underdrive pulleys...

I wanted to add an oil cooler. Should I? Do I already have one?
My car engine is stock.

And are under-drive pulleys?
Should I get one?

An oil cooler is really not necessary . Thats mostly for track use .

Underdrive pulleys are smaller diameter accesory pullys (altenator , waterpump , etc .) And crank , which isnt an accessory . Usually for ours they just sell altenator and crank pullys . Sometimes people have charging problems at night ex- there lights may dim a little when they are stopped . They are usually good for and extra 5-10 hp . You can buy just the crank pulley itself which is like $38 from Summit . Just this alone will help you out a little . It will also increase your gas mileage

I did add a tranny cooler before I rebuilt mine. I am very happy with it. The tranny shop recommends them for all cars after he rebuilds them. I live in Florida so it gets HOT HOT HOT. AN oil cooler, well do the tranny cooler first...
