v6 rebuild

call me stupid, but how do i go about rebuilding a 3.1L v6? i know how to rebuild a carbeurated engine but i've never had experience rebuilding a fuel-injected engine. also, not very many companies that i've found offer things for 3.1L v6's. a little help please. i want my engine running at least as good as new. thanks in advance.

There's no difference; an engine's an engine, no matter what intake (carb or fuel injection) is bolted to the top. Only difference would be that you've got more stuff to remove to get to the motor. As for not many companies offering things, do you mean for the engine block itself, or for bolt-on mods? If you click on "search" in the upper right corner of this screen, choose the V6 Forum, and look for exhaust, intake, fuel, trans, etc...

im not looking for an engine block, but bolt-on mods instead, like manifolds, superchargers, etc... what is a good place to start?
