Ac question
Maybe someone here can help me out. My air in my car has not been getting cold like it used to. It is fully charged, the condesor is clean(i was surprised at the difference that made).
Will changing the evaporator help cool things down. Someone told me once that they can start to go bad, hence it not getting cold like before. I also vacuumed the system before i charged it. It took a lot of moisture out if it. My compressor seems fine, runs nice and quiet. Any ideas?

over the last 2 years it has been tested numerous times. No leak, just keeps getting warmer.

Yeah, it was converted before i bought the car. So any ideas on how i can make it colder. Will a new evap. and compressor work? The condensor was new when i bought it 2 years ago.
I don't know if it will any. I do know that when my Mom got rid of her 1978 Buick Regal and bought her 1998 Chevy Cavilair she noticed that the R-134a system didn't kick out as much cool as the older system. You may want to take it in to have the system checked. The diag fee shouldn't be to much and will help narrow down the prob. So you are nmot just throughing parts at it.
