those looking for good sounding exhaust enter....

My g0d I have nothing but good things to say about summit racing. I ordered this stuff on the 30th, a Camaro/Firebird flowmaster 50 series muffler and a 2 1/4" Catco cat.

They were on my doorstep this mourning! My g0d not even 2 days after I placed the order!. WOO HOO

Anyway I put on the flow with some home made 3" tips and man it sounds NICE! Looks even better. I will try to take some pics tomarrow.
I am gonna try to get the cat on tomarrow, you know that lose of power I got when I ganked the cat? the flow gave some back! so now hopefully with the high flow it will go up even more. I will try to get some sound clips too. Its a little louder then I like, but not a raspy loud, so I kinda like it. Its nothing that turning the volume up a notch or 2 can't fix.

CHC could you hook me up with the P/N for that cat? I already have 2.5" cat-back exhaust, but I'm going to be replacing the cat when I replace the headers. I found a "Chevrolet/Pontiac: 1993-95 3.4L Camaro/Firebird, direct fit, catalytic converter" with a 2.5" in and 2.5" out it's $122.69 from Summit. I'm not sure if this is the one you got or not.

That is a link to the cat I'm talking about...

I'm not sure what diameter I need comming into the cat with the new headers and such, but what I do know is my catback is 2.5". Thanks for your help!

I can't wait to hear my car with a complete exhaust system.... it's gonna sound kick ***. Do you think you're going to be making the y-pipes at all for our cars? If you decide to do that, I might wait for you to make those before having them made, otherwise I'll have to look around locally to have someone make them for me.
